1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase from Pashan Accessories. Every item is carefully selected and inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item for an exchange or refund in accordance with the policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 - You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If the items you receive have a manufacturing defect, we may provide an exchange or credit note.
2.2 - To be eligible, items must:

Be free from perfume, makeup marks, or any signs of wear.
2.3 - For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used scarves, or shawls that have been worn.
3. How to Request a Return

3.2 - Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
3.3 - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds

4.2 - Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days and credited to your original payment method.
4.3 - Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
4.4 - If an item shows signs of use or is returned outside the allowed timeframe, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to you.
5. Exchanges
5.1 - Exchanges may be requested for a different colour or style, subject to stock availability.
5.2 - If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
6.1 - We take great care to ensure all items are checked before dispatch.
6.2 - If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
6.3 - We will cover return shipping costs for verified faulty or incorrect items and send a replacement or refund promptly.
